Your Citrix
password has been changed to match your PowerSchool password, which is
a 5-letter
code. These letters must be entered in lower-case when you log in to
Citrix. PowerSchool passwords are not case-sensitive. The password was
on the PowerSchool
information sheet you received at registration time. If you do not have
the sheet, you may see Mr. Heath or Mr. Hinze to get your password.
Your Citrix
username is the same as last year. It consists of 2 parts: Your first name
and your last initial with no spaces between and not case-sensitive. If
this is not unique, additional letters from your last name were added on
until
the
username
was unique.
If you
are
having
trouble, see Mr. Heath or Mr. Hinze.
Your PowerSchool
username has changed, since last year. The information sheet from registration
is accurate. Your PowerSchool username has three parts: your first initial,
your last name, and the letter "S" (for student). There are no spaces between
the three parts and the username is not case-sensitive. If this is not
unique, additional letters from your first name were inserted until the
username was unique. If you are having trouble, see Mr. Heath or Mr. Hinze.
Parent Information:
PowerSchool
usernames have changed since last year to make it easier for parents to
remember. There is a separate username for each child. The username consists
of the child's first initial and last name with no spaces between, and
not case-sensitive. If this username is not unique, additional letters
from the first name were inserted until the username was unique.
If you have
more than one child, the password is the same for each child in your family,
and it is the same as one of the passwords from last year - usually the
youngest childs.
Information
sheets with this information were handed out at registration time for parents
of elementary students. Parents can request information sheets from
the office in the High School wing. Information sheets will also be available
