UPCOMING EVENTS

The Cascade Music Department enrolls over 60 students from the 5^th through 12^th grades.  Our music department emphasizes performance, musical growth, and excellence. Each student is provided an opportunity to perform in various musical ensembles and experience the challenges and enjoyment of instrumental and vocal music.

The main performing ensembles include Beginning Band for 5^th and 6^th grade, Concert Band, and Concert Choir. The music department also offers additional ensembles such as Pep Band during Basketball season, Jazz Band that rehearses after Christmas break and 4^th grade recorders for the Christmas Concert. The music department presents four main concerts a year with the Jazz Band having a separate concert in May.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

June 2^nd- Come see the 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th Grade perform a final number at the Elementary Awards Assembly at 9:30am!!

August 20^th- 2^nd Annual “Chalk on the Walk” to be held in downtown Cascade 9am-2pm. Help support the Cascade Art and Music Departments!!
