This morning we began to hear second-hand reports from several families and community members that there was a bomb threat at Cascade Schools.
We immediately followed our Reverse Evacuation protocols as we confirmed with the Valley County Sheriff whether or not there was an active threat to the school.
Deputies were dispatched to the school and we confirmed there was no threat to the school. We believe most of these reports stemmed from threats to other schools in Idaho this morning.
The safety and security of our school community is our top priority. If you ever have any questions about how we are investing and continuously working to make sure we meet this goal, please feel free to reach out!
Attention community members! Pastries with the principle will be this Thursday at 8:00 AM in the board-room (Room 135). Come get to know our principal and learn more about our school! We would also like to thank Mrs. Tibs bakery for providing these pastries and supporting our school!
