"Ramblers on Track with a Great Comeback" by Will Huckaby
On Wednesday, December 4, the boys' basketball team travelled to Victory Charter to play the first game of the season. While the boys won in the end, they had to fight tooth and nail to get there. They only had 6 varsity players, and within the second quarter, they were down by 16 points. Additionally, the point guard, Cole Olson, sprained his ankle in the third quarter. Despite the odds, the boys finished the game strong, winning 60 to 55. This game shows the boys' strong determination and drive to not give up. Hopefully we see more wins from them throughout the season. Come out TONIGHT at 4:30 and 7:30pm to support our boys' JV and Varsity Basketball teams!

The Lady Ramber’s varsity team traveled to Riggins last Friday, Dec. 6 to play the Savages. The first half was rough, but the ladies picked it up in the second half after a productive halftime with Coach Green. Ultimately, the game ended in a loss, 19-46. Addie Hull, a freshman, earned player of the game with 5 points, 5 rebounds and 1 steal. Lilah Olson and Charlotte Dunn added 5 points to the board, while Dunn also had 2 steals. Kielee Mack and Nova Guest finished the score, chipping in 2 points each. The Lady Ramblers play at home tonight against Council, which is a pink-out game. Come wearing PINK to show your support for our Lady Ramblers!

Every year, the Cascade Elementary School hosts a large feast for all of the elementary students in our school. This means that every single student will sit down at one very large table and share a meal. This meal could not happen without the incredible donations of our families and community and we need just a little bit more help. Would you consider helping us to make this a reality? If you can't help through donation, we would sure appreciate a like. :)

Athlete of the Week 11/4-11/8: A junior tight end and defensive end, Finley Wilkins played in the State quarterfinal game. While the Rambler football team lost, Finley Wilkins had a very good game, racking up 26 receiving yards and his first touchdown of the season. He also picked up 28 rushing yards. Along with his offensive keys, he brought 6 tackles to the team, assisting 2 others. Wilkins played his heart out and we are proud of him. Congratulations on winning athlete of the week, Finley!

Athlete of the Week 10/28-11/4: Senior Hayden Hull did extremely well in the state play-in game against the Deary Mustangs on November 1. Hayden had a whopping thirteen tackles, two of which occurred for a loss of yardage. Hull then went along to kick two touchbacks into the Mustangs' endzone. Hayden has played football throughout his middle and high school years, where he has been a starting center and a starting D-tackle. All of his work finally paid off and he, along with the rest of the Rambler football team, was able to make it to state! Congratulations to Hayden Hull on being our athlete of the week!
